
Anna Krimshtein

Anna Krimshtein is an experienced attorney with over 25 years in the field. She handles corporate, securities, and business transactions for clients all over the world.
She gained her foundational experience at major international firms, including the Miami offices of Baker McKenzie and Kilpatrick Townsend. Today, she uses that background to help clients with handling mergers, acquisitions, private placements, and overseeing complex commercial transactions.
Over the course of her career, Anna has successfully guided clients through numerous complicated legal hurdles.
A “Triple Cane,” Anna earned her bachelor’s in business administration (major in accounting), master’s in taxation, and law degree all from the University of Miami. When she isn’t at her desk, Anna is playing table tennis, swimming or in the garden tending to her flowers and trees.
Michael Davidov
Partner
Michael Davidov has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of investments and corporate finance. Since 2020, Michael worked with Krimshtein Law working on corporate projects. In 2012, he co-founded and served as the chief investment officer at Middle Kingdom Value Fund and Global Value Partners, special situations fund on China related and global value investments.
Michael was part of the management team of Middle Kingdom Alliance Corp., a U.S. listed special purpose acquisition company that completed its merger with Pypo China Holdings (a Beijing-based cell phone distribution company) and later changed its name to Funtalk China Holdings Limited (Formerly Nasdaq: FTLK).
Michael served as the chairman of audit committee for Nutriband (Nasdaq: NTRB). Michael was also a director and the chairman of audit committee for Fortune Rise Acquisition Corporation, a special purpose acquisition company (Formerly, Nasdaq: FRLA), a director of Feutune Light Acquisition Corp, a special purpose acquisition company (Formerly, Nasdaq: FLFV), and a director and the chairman of audit committee for TradeUP Global, a special purpose acquisition company (Formerly, Nasdaq: SAI).
Michael earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Southern Illinois University, an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University, and a J.D. from the University of New Hampshire. Outside of the office, Michael can be found outdoors — either cycling, hiking, walking, or traveling with his family.


Ganna Voznosymenko
Senior Paralegal
Ganna Voznosymenko is a legal-focused language specialist and consultant with over 20 years of professional experience spanning translation, legal documentation, and cross-border communication. She transitioned her career toward the legal field by joining Krimstein Law in 2022, where she currently works as a Senior Paralegal, supporting corporate law matters through detailed document review and analysis to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Her background combines deep linguistic expertise with growing legal specialization, enabling her to navigate complex legal texts with precision and clarity. She has extensive experience translating and editing legal, technical, and medical materials, giving her a strong foundation in interpreting specialized terminology and ensuring accuracy in high-stakes contexts.
Ganna holds a Master’s degree with honors in English Language and Translation from Karazin Kharkiv National University. She is fluent in English, Ukrainian, Russian, and Swedish, and brings a multilingual, detail-oriented approach to legal work in international environments.
Known for her analytical mindset, reliability, and strong attention to detail, Ganna is committed to continuous learning and professional development. Outside of work, her interests include traveling, dancing, and learning new languages.
Jonathan Lugo
Paralegal
Jonathan joined Krimshtein Law in 2022, primarily supporting the firm’s private equity and transactional clients. His core responsibilities include the management and organization of the firm’s Confidentiality Agreement database and the development of internal procedural frameworks for document management and workflow consistency.
With a background in pure mathematics, Jonathan applies a systematic approach to navigating detail-heavy legal documentation and distilling complex information for the legal team. His role involves identifying key issues in transactional documents and supporting project leadership across various corporate initiatives.
Jonathan earned her bachelor’s in mathematics from Georgia Institute of Technology and masters in mathematics, University of Illinois Chicago.

Paul Martsin
Paralegal
Paul Martsin joined the firm in 2024 with a background in both legal studies and technical healthcare administration. From 2020 to 2021, he completed extensive coursework in Paralegal Studies at American River College in Sacramento, California, focusing on the procedural and substantive requirements of legal support.
Prior to his legal training, Paul completed undergraduate coursework at Eastern Washington University. His professional background in the pharmaceutical field provides him with a disciplined approach to regulatory detail and technical documentation, which he applies to his current role supporting the firm’s legal team.
Lydia Holley
Paralegal
Lydia Holley joined the firm following the completion of her Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Illinois Chicago, where her doctoral research focused on algebraic topology and K-theory. She applies her background in high-level data analysis and systematic research to support the firm’s attorneys in complex legal matters.
At the firm, Lydia’s responsibilities include legal research, the preparation of technical documentation, and case management. Her experience in academic research and teaching contributes to the firm’s ability to manage large volumes of data and maintain organizational clarity across sophisticated client projects.
